Hotel Rules & Policies

  • Check-in / Check-out Time is 24 hours, Early arrival is Subject to availability. The Government legislation requires guest to Present a Proof of identify at the time of check-in. No grace time shall be given.

Children (2pax) below the age of 8 years sharing the Parent’s bed shall be complementary. Extra person (s) / Bed Charges applicable, if required Specific choice of rooms is subject to availability.

The tariff is only for the Rooms and exclusive of Government Taxes, which is applicable from time to time. It is dynamic and subject to change without prior notice.

The hotel’s Management is not responsible for any kind of loss to the guest’s belongings due to negligence of hotel staff or agents or any other cause. whatsoever including theft or pilferage from the guest rooms, Common areas, F&B Outlets, Luggage Rooms within the hotel’s premises.

The guest shall be held responsible for any kind of loss or damage incurred to the hotel’s property. Fixtures and utilities provided to them,due to negligence or any other reason whatsoever. Replacement and cleanup charges also shall be collected.

The hotel Management reserves the absolute right of admission to any Person in the hotel premises, and to request any guest to vacate his / her rooms at any moment without prior notice or assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate forthwith. In case of default, the management is entitled to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room.

Nothing herein above shall Constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or ub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion there of in favor of any guest or visitor and the company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises.

The complimentary personal utilites and other paid services provided by the hotel, can be withdrawn at anytime / might be limited to a extend ‘not available due to certain easons. similary, it remains the property of the hotel and cannot be taken away by the guest.

Pets / Domestic animals / Birds * Raw or Exposed inflammable material or articles of a combustible, hazardous nature * Articles that are considered a threat to security of other guests * Articles exceeding a reasonable quantity * Offensive smelling articles * Storing of cinema film * Fire arms or dangerous weapons * Eatables from outside *. Liquor / Alcohol / Drugs or any Smokable harbs * If any of the above mentioned is found, then it would be detained and penalty will be charged.

For the safety of the guest random checking shall be conducted at any given point of time. The guest is requested to co-operative.

 Inviting visitors to guest’s room and allowing them to ues the utilities of the room is stricrly prohibited. The guest shall meet them in the lobby only. No visitors are entertained after 22.00 Hrs.

 Bills must be settled on presentation. In case of default in payment, the hotel management would be entitled to line over the luggage and belongings of the guests, to detain or auction the same to recover the amount due through cheques and certain other modes is not accepted.

It is important to keep the safely, Guests are advised not to carry the keys out of the hotel. If the keys are lost or misplaced, the guest shall be liable to pay 2 minimum of Rs. 1500 for each key (Balcony rooms have additonal keys).

The management reserves to itself the right to add or alter or amend any of the mentioned terms, conditions and rules at any point of time, without prior notice, The guest cannot hold any kind of legal suit against the hotel management for whatsoever reason in the court of law. Disputes if any, is subject to Madurai jurisdiction only.

  • All rates are quote in INR (Indian Rupees) which are inclusive of the government tax and service charge.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment can be made by company’s cash, credit card or UPI Payment.
  • Reservations will be release automatically if full payment is not received by the hotel.
  • Should guest arrived without prepayment, the Hotel reserves the right to collect full payment upon check-in.
  • Early check-in are subject to room availability.
  • For late check-out request, additional charge will be applied.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days, 1 night’s charge. No Show or short stay & High season cancellation 100% will be charged.
